Placing Orders
Our website showcases a range of products available for secure online purchase through our 256-bit encrypted server, protected by Geo Trust. Payments are processed securely by trusted partners SagePay . Accepted payment methods include MasterCard, Visa, Delta, Visa Electron, Maestro, Switch, Solo, Amex, and PayPal. We also welcome phone orders at 07541687426 Monday to Friday, 10am – 5pm.
Once your order is confirmed and a valid email is provided, you will receive an email order confirmation and a receipt for your transaction from SagePay or PayPal.
Delivery Details
Orders placed before 1pm Monday - Friday will typically be shipped on the same day, while orders received after this time will be dispatched on the next working day. Delivery times are approximately one working day for UK deliveries, two days for UK Offshore and Scottish Highlands, and 2-4 days for Mainland Europe deliveries. We use a range of reliable couriers such as UPS, DPD, TNT, DHL, Interlink Express, Parceline, and Royal Mail. In case of non-delivery within the specified timeframe, please contact us. Kindly note, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by couriers.
Damaged Goods
Upon receiving damaged goods, please inform us promptly and retain the damaged packaging. In some cases, the courier may require notification within 24 hours for a claim and inspection.
Cancellations & Returns
You hold the right to cancel your contract within 14 days. To initiate a cancellation, contact us at sales@phreshflow.co.uk. We request that you return unused goods with original packaging and include all user information. Keep in mind that the Distance Selling Regulations allow for product examination akin to a shop, but refrain from usage or installation attempts.
If you decide to cancel, we will reimburse payments received from you, excluding delivery costs. Reimbursement will occur within 14 days after receiving the returned goods or proof of return.

Faulty Goods & Product Warranty
