Placing Orders

Our website offers a range of products available for secure online purchase. Payments are processed through our 256-bit encrypted server, protected by GeoTrust, and handled by trusted partners like SagePay and PayPal. Accepted payment methods include:

  • MasterCard, Visa, Delta, Visa Electron, Maestro, Switch, Solo, and American Express.

You can also place orders by phone at 07541 687426 (Monday to Friday, 10am–5pm). Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an email confirmation and a payment receipt from SagePay or PayPal.

Delivery Details

  • Orders placed before 1pm Monday–Friday are typically shipped the same day. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next working day.

  • Delivery times:

    • UK Mainland: 1 working day

    • UK Offshore & Scottish Highlands: 2 working days

    • Mainland Europe: 2–4 working days

We use reliable couriers such as UPS, DPD, TNT, DHL, Interlink Express, Parceline, and Royal Mail. If your order doesn’t arrive within the specified timeframe, please contact us. Note that we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by couriers.

Damaged Goods

If you receive damaged goods, please notify us immediately and retain the damaged packaging. In some cases, the courier may require notification within 24 hours for inspection and claims.

Cancellations & Returns

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt. To initiate a cancellation, contact us at sales@phreshflow.co.uk. Please return unused goods in their original packaging, including all user information.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return. Note that delivery costs are non-refundable.

Faulty Goods & Product Warranty

If you believe your goods are faulty, contact us before returning them. Many issues can be resolved over the phone. Faults occurring after the initial 14 days are covered under the Sales of Goods Act (1979) and individual manufacturer warranties.
